The MedTech Actuator Accelerator Singapore is built around an idea most accelerator programs miss: no two startups commercialise on the same timeline.

Unlike traditional cohort-based programs, the Accelerator Singapore provides individualised, milestone-driven support. Each company progresses through structured phases based on performance and readiness, not fixed calendars. Startups receive customised support aligned to their technology development, funding objectives, and commercialisation strategy. As ventures advance, they unlock additional resources including shadow executives, boardroom simulator sessions, and in-market validation trips to key international healthcare markets.

Three phases. One clear goal.

Phase 1 -- Market Assessment: Access frameworks, mentors, and validation tools to test your technology's international potential.

Phase 2 -- International Immersion: Engage with in-market experts, hospitals, and business connections in your target healthcare market.

Phase 3 -- Shadow Support and Demo Day: Work with experienced shadow executives and a boardroom simulator to strengthen governance and investor readiness. Develop your technology and prepare for investment.

Every element of the program drives toward one of two outcomes: securing investment or generating revenue. Qualified participants may also be eligible for streamlined access to Startup SG Tech grants.

The Accelerator Singapore is supported by Enterprise Singapore and is open to Singapore-incorporated startups commercialising technology in human health.
