The program is a high-energy venture-building experience that gives emerging founders the clarity, skills, and confidence to begin their health innovation journey. With a supportive community and expert guidance, participants test assumptions, sharpen their concept, strengthen their team, and understand how health ventures take shape within Singapore's ecosystem.

Two phases for success.

Phase 1 -- Pitch Bootcamp: Build confidence, stress-test your idea, and learn the fundamentals of communicating a health innovation. Over two days, participants explore clinical needs, market fit, value proposition design, and effective pitching.

Phase 2 -- Venture Bootcamp: Deepen your venture development skills. Participants refine problem-solution fit, explore IP and regulatory pathways, strengthen their commercial narrative, and prepare for the semi-final and Singapore Showcase.

Origin Singapore is open to anyone in Singapore with an innovative health-related idea, research project, or early-stage startup -- whether you are a clinician tackling a problem, a researcher with promising data, an engineer building a prototype, or an aspiring founder with a vision.
